上海市では、ヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザへの感染が確認された患者1名と、遡って確認された患者5名が見つかった。 本日（4月16日）17:00までに、上海では30人が感染し、11名が死亡、15名が現在隔離治療中、4名が既に回復して退院している。
新たに確定診断された患者1名（FT#73）の状況は以下の通り：
47歳男性の張さんは上海人。 患者は
4月10日に、全身の筋肉痛と疲労感、発熱を伴い、自分で薬物を服用していた。
4月11日、症状が良くならないため、市第八医院にかかり、
4月15日に、肺炎と診断され入院治療。
4月15日、上海市CDCにて検査をしたところ、H7N9鳥インフルエンザウィルス陽性となった。
関係要求に基づき、市衛生計画生育委員会が臨床専門家グループを組織し、当該患者について検討した結果、当該患者をヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザと診断した。
患者は、現在積極的な治療を受けている。
調査の結果、当該患者の濃厚接触者は合計で21人、みな医学観察を実施されているが、これまでのところ異常はみられていない。

A new case of H7N9 avian influenza was confirmed in Shanghai city, and 5 cases of human infection with H7N9 were retrospectively diagnosed, too. As of today (April 16) 17:00, Shanghai found a total of 30 confirmed cases of H7N9 avian flu, of which 11 cases has already died, 15 cases are now isolated for treatment, 4 patients have been discharged.
A new confirmed case is now as below:
The patient 1 (FT#73) is;
Name: Zhang
Sex: Male,
Ag: 47 years old,
Registered Domicile: Shanghai City
Date of Onset: April 10, 2013, started with body aches, fatigue, fever. The case took self-medication.
Date of Hospitalization: April 11, 2013, went to the Shanghai Eighth People ‘s Hospital for consultation as the symptom did not get well,
Date of Hospitalization: April 15, 2013, admitted to hospital after being diagnosed as pneumonia
Date of Diagnosis: April 15, 2013, a municipal clinical expert group organized by the Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission, based on the relevant requirements, diagnosed him as H7N9 avian flu case after discussion.
(April 15, 2013, Municipal CDC’s test results was positive for H7N9 avian influenza virus nucleic acid.)
Current Situation: now under hospital’s active treatment.
Close Contacts: 21 people were detected; no one showed any abnormalities though they all are under medical observation.

本市新增1例人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例，回顾性诊断5例人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例。截止今天(4月16日)17:00，上海共发现30例人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例，其中死亡11例，15例正在隔离治疗之中，4名患者已康复出院。
新增1例确诊病例情况如下：
患者张某，男，47岁，上海人。患者4月10日出现全身酸痛、乏力、发热，自服药物。4月11日因症状未缓解前往市八医院就诊，4月15日被诊断为肺炎，收治入院。4月15日，经市疾病预防控制中心检测结果为H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性。按照有关要求，市卫生和计划生育委员会组织市级临床专家组对该病例进行讨论，诊断该病例为人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例。患者目前正在积极治疗中。经调查，该病例的密切接触者共有21人，均已实施医学观察，截至到目前均未发现异常。
