2023年9月 （2023年9月01日00：00 ～ 9月30日 24：00）内の、全国（台湾香港マカオは含まず、以下同）の法定伝染病例は879,567例（前月は735,782例； 143,785人増に転）、死亡者数は2,213例（前月は2,400例； 191人減に転）であった。
うち、
A（甲）類伝染病では、コレラで発症9例、死亡は0例。
B（乙）類伝染病では、新型コロナウイルス感染以外で、発症304,210例 （前月は335,001例： 30,791人減）、死亡2,213例（前月は2,398例： 185人減に転）が報告されている。うち、SARSやポリオ、ヒト感染高病原性鳥インフルエンザ、ジフテリアとH7N9型鳥インフルエンザで発症・死亡例なし。報告されている発病データの病種ワースト5は、ウィルス性肝炎、肺結核、梅毒、淋病およびデング熱（5位にデング熱が入りブルセラ症がランク外に！）で、B類伝染病報告総数の92.7%を占めていた。
同期、C（丙）類伝染病では、発症数は575,348例（前月は400,769例なので174,579人増に転）、死亡は0例（前月は1例で1人減に転）であった。 発症データの3位までの病種は、インフルエンザ、手足口病と急性出血性結膜炎（急増！）であり、C（丙）類伝染病報告総数の80.2％を占めていた。

In September 2023 (0:00 on Sept. 1, 2023 to 24:00 on Sept. 30), the country (excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan, the same hereinafter) reported a total of 879,567 cases and 2,213 deaths.
9 cases of Class A infectious diseases were reported, all of which were cholera, and no deaths were reported.
In Class B infectious diseases, a total of 304,210 cases and 2,213 deaths were reported except for the novel coronavirus infection. There was no report of incidents and morbidity in SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome), poliomyelitis, Human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza, diphtheria and human infection with H7N9 avian influenza; The top five reported cases were Viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, syphilis, gonorrhea and Dengue Fever; these five diseases account for 92.7% of the total number of reported cases of Class B infectiouss

2023年9月（9月1日0时至9月30日24时），全国（不含香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区，下同）共报告法定传染病879567例，死亡2213人。
甲类传染病报告发病9例，均为霍乱，无死亡病例报告。
乙类传染病中，除新型冠状病毒感染外，共报告发病304210例，死亡2213人，其中传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感、白喉和人感染H7N9禽流感无发病、死亡报告。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、淋病及登革热，占乙类传染病报告病例总数的92.7%。
同期，丙类传染病共报告发病575348例，无死亡病例报告。报告发病数居前3位的病种依次为流行性感
