疾病予防管理センター（以下CDC）は、10月03日、台湾が3月20日に新制度を導入後、直近7日間（9月26日～ 10月02日）の本土コロナ確診症例（合併症）の日々平均は、本土症例35例となり、前週の7日間（9月19日～ 9月25日）の日々33例から微増した。 直近7日間（9月26日～ 10月02日）の日々平均死者数は4例となったが前の週（9月19日～ 9月25日）の日々平均死者数5例からやや減少した。最近の国内の流行状況は上下動しつつ低迷しているが、引き続き流行の変化には注意が必要だ。
