疾病管制署は本日（3月05日）、新たに麻疹症例3名（本土症例2例、輸入症例1例）を確認したと発表したが、うち国内感染症例2例は、北部市中クラスターの初発症例（2月19日に発表された北部の30代男性）と関係がある。そのうち1例は20代の女性で、初発症例が入院していた2月15日に彼と接触していたが、27日から3月1日にかけて相次いで咳やのどの痒み、発熱、発疹などの症状が現れ、2度目の受診をしたが、クリニックから病院へ転送され、診察を受けたが、病院が通報した後に確定診断された；もう一例は40代男性で、発症者とは2月11日にコミュニティのイベントで重なりがあり、28日から3月1日までの間に咽頭痛や紅疹、倦怠感などの症状が相次ぎ現れ、病院受診後に確定診断され報告されたものだ。 輸入症例については、北部出身の30代男性で、2月16日にマレーシアから入国しているが、24日から3月1日の間に口腔粘膜白斑症（コプリック斑）、発熱、咽頭痛、紅疹、咳などの症状が相次ぎ現れ

疾病管制署(以下稱疾管署)今(5)日公布新增3例麻疹確定病例(2例國內感染及1例境外移入)，其中2例國內感染個案均與北部社區群聚之指標個案(2月19日公布之北部30餘歲男性)相關，其一為20多歲女性，2月15日於醫院陪病時接觸指標個案，27日至3月1日間陸續出現咳嗽、喉嚨癢、發燒、出疹等症狀並二次就醫，由診所轉至醫院通報後確診；另一位為40多歲男性，2月11日曾與指標個案於社區活動地點重疊，28日至3月1日間陸續出現喉嚨痛、紅疹、疲倦等，就醫通報後確診。境外移入個案則為北部30多歲男性，2月16日自馬來西亞入境，24日至3月1日間陸續出現口腔黏膜白斑(科氏斑)、發燒、喉嚨痛、紅疹、咳嗽等症狀，就醫通報後確診。衛生單位
