疾病管理署は本日（4月2日）、今年（2024年）最初のエンテロウイルスの重症例を発表したが、患者は台湾南部に住む生後7か月の女児で、鼻水や咳の症状から3月中旬にクリニックを受診したところ、2日後に発熱や嘔吐、呼吸困難、錯乱を伴う眠気、筋肉のけいれん、口や手足に小さな水疱などの症状が現れたため、彼女は病院に救急搬送

The Department of Disease Control announced today (April 2) the first severe case of enterovirus this year (2024), the patient is a 7-month-old baby girl in southern Taiwan. She went to a clinic for treatment in mid-March due to symptoms of runny nose and cough, 2 days later, as symptoms such as fever, vomiting, difficulty breathing, drowsiness accompanied by confusion, muscle twitching, and small blisters in the mouth and limbs appeared, she was raced to a hospital and admitted to the pediatric intensive care unit for hospitalization, the patient was confirmed to be infected with enterovirus coxsackie A10 type after notified testing. After treatment, the symptoms improved and the patient has been discharged from the hospital and returned home to recuperate. 疾病管制署今(2)日公布今(2024)年首例腸病毒重症個案，為南部7個月大女嬰，曾於3月中旬因流鼻水、咳嗽症狀至診所就醫，2天後出現發燒、嘔吐、呼吸不順、嗜睡伴隨意識不清、肌抽躍、口腔及四肢有小水泡等症狀，緊急送醫並收治兒童加護病房住院治療，經通報檢驗確認感染腸病毒克沙奇A10型，治療後症狀改善，目前已出院返家休養。2023年累計11例腸病毒感染併發重症確診病例，分別4例感染克沙奇A4型、4例感染克沙奇A6型、
