疾病管制署は、本日11月28日、CDC統計に基づき、2023年11月21日から11月27日の間に、台湾では新たにデング熱の本土症例759人が新たに増えたが、患者居住地は台南市（380人：5割減です）、高雄市（304例）、屏東県（30例）、嘉義県（14例）、雲林県（12例）、新北市及び嘉義市（各5例）、台北市（3例）、宜蘭県、桃園市、新竹市、台中市、彰化県及び金門県（各1例）となっており； 年齢では10歳未満から90歳以上まで、うち男性が415例、女性が344例、発症日は11月05日から11月27日まで、また、重症者7例、死亡者4例が新たに本土で増えた。死亡した症例は70代～80代で、いずれも男性で慢性疾患歴があり、発症後6～19日内に病状が悪化し不幸にも死亡したと発表。

The Department of Disease Control and Prevention stated today (Nov. 28) that according to statistics from the CDC, there were 759 new local cases of dengue fever from November 21 to November 28 this year (2023). The cases were located in Tainan City (380 cases), Kaohsiung City (304 cases), Pingtung County (30 cases), Chiayi County (14 cases), Yunlin County (12 cases), New Taipei City and Jiayi City (5 cases each), Taipei City (3 cases), Yilan County, Taoyuan City, Hsinchu City, Taichung City, Changhua County and Kinmen County (1 case each); the age ranges from under 10 to over 90 years old, among them, 415 were male and 344 were female, with onset dates between November 5 and November 27. There were 7 new local severe cases and 5 deaths. The deceased cases ranged in age from their 70s to their 80s. They were 5 men and no women. They all had underlying medical conditions and died due to deterioration of their condition within 4 to 46 days after onset.
