11月15日、農業農村部新聞弁公室は、湖北省黄岡市浠水県でアフリカ豚コレラ （宮本注： 以下『ASF』）が集団発生したと発表した。
11月15日10時、農業農村部は、中国動物衛生疫学センター（国家外来動物疾病研究センター）が、湖北省黄岡市浠水県の養豚場におけるASF発生を確定診断したとの中国動物疾病予防管理センターの報告を受け取った（湖北省ではこれが3件目、前回は2日前に武穴市で発生しています。浠水県は7日に発表された同省第一のケースとなった羅田県の南部にあり、武穴市の北方90kmにあるので、 初発への対応が遅れたことによる発生の恐れも考えられます）。
当該養豚場ではブタ636頭が飼育されていたが、24頭が発症、13頭が病死している。
ASF発生後、農業農村部は直ちに監督指導グループを現地に派遣した。現地は既に要求に基づき緊急対応メカニズムを起動し、封鎖や殺処分、無害化処理、消毒などの措置を講じており、病死ブタと殺処分されたブタ全ての無害化処理を採っている。 同時に、全てのブタ及びその製品の封鎖地区への出入りが禁止

农业农村部新闻办公室11月15日发布，湖北省黄冈市浠水县发生非洲猪瘟疫情。
11月15日10时，农业农村部接到中国动物疫病预防控制中心报告，经中国动物卫生与流行病学中心（国家外来动物疫病研究中心）确诊，湖北省黄冈市浠水县一养殖场发生非洲猪瘟疫情。 该养殖场存栏生猪636头，发病24头，死亡13头。
