中新網4月4日電 総合報道； 中国国内での H7N9鳥インフルエンザの感染者が14名となり、 5名が死亡したと報道。
上海市上海衛生計画委員会の4日報道によると、 21時までの時点で 上海では 合計6名がH7N9鳥インフルエンザに感染、 4名が死亡、 残り2名は治療中。 そのうちの1名は 幼児だが、 症状は軽く、 現在回復中だ。
その他の8名の感染者は、 江蘇省4名、 安徽省1名、 浙江省の3名だ。
国家衛生計画生育委員会では、 既にH7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者事案の報告制度を要求、 実施している。各地衛生行政部門は、 患者の診断がなされたときは 速やかに患者の基本状況や、 患者の治療経過、 密接接触者の管理などの情報を書面にて上に報告を挙げねばならない。
現時点で、 診断された患者の報告があった地区は、 初期時点の情報を日報で報告するとする制度で、 毎日10時前後に当該省級衛生庁行政部門が 前日0時から24時までの管轄区のH7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者の情報と流行のコントロール状況を上に報告する。

Sina News Net April 4 (Reuters) – The number of H7N9 avian flu cases in mainland China rose to 14, with five deaths.
According to the Shanghai Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission (HFPC)’s notification on April 4, 2013, as of 21:00, Shanghai diagnosed 6 cases of H7N9 avian flu and 4 death cases, the other two cases are now being treated, of which 2 cases, one is child, situation is mild, now under rehabilitation.
The other 8 cases of H7N9 avian influenza infection are from 4 Jiangsu cases, 1 Anhui case and 3 Zhejiang cases.
The National HFPC has already requested a reporting system of H7N9 avian flu cases.
Any local health administrative department should timely report in writing the case’s basic epidemic situation, process of treatment, management of close contacts and so on when they diagnosed any case,
the timely case of the basic situation, the case through the treatment, close contact with the management of information in writing submitted to the report.
At present, the case-confirmed areas have been launched the daily reporting system of the epidemic situation; before 10 o’clock every morning, the provincial health administrative departments shall report H7N9 avian flu case(s) and epidemic prevention control work during 0:00 to 24:00 of the previous day.

根据上海市卫生和计划生育委员会4日的通报， 截至21时， 上海共确诊6例人感染H7N9禽流感病例， 死亡4例， 另外2例正在救治， 其中一例是幼托儿童， 病情轻微， 正在康复中。
其他8例感染H7N9禽流感的是江苏4例、 安徽1例、 浙江3例。
国家卫生和计划生育委员会已要求实行人感染H7N9禽流感病例个案报告制度。 各地卫生行政部门要在病例诊断后， 及时将病例的基本情况、 病例救治经过、密切接触者管理等信息以书面形式报送上报。
目前， 已报告确诊病例的地区已启动疫情信息日报告制度， 每日10时前该省级卫生行政部门将前一日 0时至24时 本辖区有关人感染H7N9禽流感病例的信息和疫情防控工作动态上报。
