疾病管制署（以下、疾管署）は本日（7月16日）、「台湾では百日咳症例4例が新たに確認されているが、それぞれ北部の生後1か月男児（症例1）、南部の家庭内クラスターの生後2か月男児（症例2）及び30代女性（症例3と症例2の母親接触検査）、北部の家庭内クラスターの40代女性（6月27日に確診された生後1か月男児の母親）となっている。症例1～3の発症日は6月中旬～7月上旬、咳や喘鳴、鼻水、眠気などの症状があり、7月9日～7月15日の間に確定診断された；症例4は接触者検査の後、7月8日に確診されており、その他の3名の同居家族は検査の結果陰性となっていた。現在、入院中の症例1を除き、全員が退院している。衛生単位は、関係のあった接触者への検査と予防薬の手配を行っている」と発表した。

The Department of Disease Control (hereinafter referred to as the CDC) announced today (July 16) that Taiwan has 4 new confirmed cases of whooping cough, including a 1-month-old boy in the north (Case 1), a 2-month-old boy in a family gathering in the South (Case 2), and a woman in her 30s (Case 3, Case 2) Mother, contact test), a woman in her 40s who lives in a northern family group (Case 4, mother of a 1-month-old boy diagnosed on June 27). 疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(16)日公布國內新增4例百日咳確定病例，分別為北部1個月大男嬰(案1)、南部家庭群聚之2個月大男嬰(案2)及30多歲女性(案3，案2之母，接觸者採檢)、北部家庭群聚之40多歲女性(案4，6月27日確診1個月大男嬰之母)。案1至案3發病日介於6月中旬至7月上旬，出現咳嗽、呼吸喘、流鼻涕、嗜睡等症狀，於7月9日至7月15日間確診；案4為經接觸者採檢後於7月8日確診，其餘3名同住家人檢驗結果為陰性。目前除案1持續住院治療外，其餘個案皆已出院。衛生單位均安排相關接觸者採檢及預防性投藥。
