2018年 02月09日 ～ 02月15日、 わが国内では 一つの省で H7N9患者が報告されていた。 モニタリングの結果からは、 H7N9 ウィルスに対人感染力や 毒性、 ヒトヒト間 感染力の 面での変化が 生じたという エビデンスはまだ見つかっていない。 （宮本注： この患者は 11日に広東省が 報告したものですが、 新聞での フォローなど何もないようです。 中山市は、 10日に 広東省衛生計生委に 報告しているようですが、 台湾のメディア 『アップルデイリー』も 「性別や年齢、 状況などの情報について 中山がなにも発表していない」と 不満を 呈しています。。 『良い子』だった広東省衛生計生委よ、 どこに行っちゃったんだ？）

人々は、 日常生活においては、 病死鳥類には 極力接触せず、 活禽との直接接触を避けること；
農村地区の人々は、 流しの屋台から検疫証明のない活禽の購入 ・ 飼育をせぬようにすること；
鳥類への暴露歴があり 且つ 発熱及び気道症状があるものは マスクをして速やかに現地医療機構を受診し、

From Feb. 09 to Feb. 15, 2018, one case of H7N9 case was reported in one province of mainland China. Surveillance showed there is no evidence of H7N9 virus changes in human infectivity, virulence and interpersonal transmission yet.

Experts recommend followings;
the public should avoid contact with dead birds in daily life, try to avoid direct contact with live poultry;
peoples in rural areas do not buy live poultries from the live poultry venders without certification of quarantine, and do not feed such live poultries;
should have a history of contact with poultry and if there is fever and/or respiratory symptom(s) appeared, wear a mask and go to the local medical institutions as soon as possible, further, inform the doctor of contact with live bird

专家建议，

农村地区公众不要从流动活禽摊贩处购买无检疫证明的活禽并饲养；
有禽类接触史且出现发热及呼吸道症状者，应戴上口罩，尽快到当地医疗机构就诊，
