疾病管制署は、本日（4月2日）、今年（2024年）台湾初例となる侵襲性ヘモフィルスB型感染症患者が確定診断されたと発表。患者は南部出身の80代女性で、施設入居者だが、3月20日に発熱や悪寒、息切れが現れ、治療のため病院に搬送された。彼女は敗血症疑いで入院し治療を受け、病院から連絡を受け、検査により3月26日に侵襲性ヘモフィルスb型感染症と確定診断されたが、治療により状態は安定しており、入院治療中だ。

The Department of Disease Control and Prevention announced today (April 2) the first confirmed case of invasive Haemophilus type b infection in China this year (2024). She is a female in her 80s from the south and an institutional resident, developed fever, chills and shortness of breath on March 20 and was taken to the hospital for treatment. She was admitted to the hospital for suspected sepsis and was notified by the hospital, and was diagnosed with invasive Haemophilus type b infection on March 26. After treatment, her condition is stable and she is hospitalized.

疾病管制署今(2)日公布國內本(2024)年首例侵襲性b型嗜血桿菌感染症確定病例，為南部80多歲女性，為機構住民，3月20日出現發燒、畏寒及呼吸喘等症狀送至醫院就醫，因疑似敗血症收治住院並由醫院通報，3月26日檢驗確診為侵襲性b型嗜血桿菌感染症，經治療後目前病情穩定，住院治療中。
依據疾管署監測資料顯示，國內今(2024)年累計1例侵襲性b型嗜血桿菌感染症確定病例，與2014年至2023年
