広東省衛生計画生育委員会は、12月16日、陽江市で1名のヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者が確定診断されたと発表。広東省では二日間で2名が見つかっており、散発的なH7N9のリスクは極めて高く、全省で予防管理活動を展開している。
患者(FT#146)は、65歳女性の張さん。陽江市江城区に居住する退職者。現在、患者は重態。
『現在、患者が呼吸衰弱且つ多臓器損傷状態で死亡する恐れは60％に達する』。 昨日の東莞市衛生局の記者会見の席上、東莞市ヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ臨床専門家グループの張平グループ長は発言した。
広州では、5月以後H7N9ウィルスは発見されていない

昨日、広州市疾病予防管理センターの楊智聰副主任は、「今年4月からこれまでに、広州ではインフルエンザ患者や鳥類及び環境についてモニタリングしているが、5月に増城市で1羽のニワトリからH7N9ウィルスが見つかった以外、これまでのところ異常はない。一般大衆に、市内の病院に19のインフルエンザ観測ポイントを設置しているがこれまでのところ広州市ではヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者は出ていないと語った。
『これまでのところ、検出はされていないが、（これは）広州にそのリスクがないということではない。鳥類の飛来してくる地域は広範であり、冬期が渡り鳥の季節でもあるところから、広州には散発的なH7N9

患者 (FT#146) 张某，女，65岁，家住阳江市江城区，为退休人员，目前患者病情危重。接到报告后，省卫生计生委当天派出流行病学专家和临床专家前往阳江协助开展流行病学调查和指导病人救治。
前日，东莞市确诊1例人感染H7N9禽流感病例， 加上阳江昨日确诊的1例，广东两天已接连确诊2例人感染H7N9病例。
“患者目前呼吸衰竭，多脏器损伤，死亡的可能性高达60％”。在昨天的东莞市卫生局的新闻通报会上，东莞市人感染H7N9禽流感临床专家组组长张平说。
广州5月后未发现H7N9病毒
本报讯 （记者伍仞 通讯员黄穗）昨天，广州市疾病预防控制中心副主任杨智聪介绍，从今年4月到目前，广州一直在对人流感病例、禽类及外环境进行监测，除了5月在增城市的一个鸡只样品中发现过H7N9病毒外，监测未现异常情况。对于普通大众，在市内医院设了19个流感监测点，到目前为止，广州没有检出人感染H7N9禽流感病例。
“目前没检出，不等于广州没有这个风险，因为禽类来源广泛，冬天也是候鸟迁徙时节，因此广州存在散发H7N9禽流感的风险。”杨智聪介绍，不过广州现行的防控措施暂不需升级，一旦省内或广州出现新情况，会立即进行调
