2020年11月11日0時～24時までに、31省（自治区、直轄市）と新疆生産建設兵団が、新たに確診患者15例（宮本注： 新疆は8月16～10月26日まで0例ながら、ついに27日に22例の大量発生！28日も23例が確診症例に転じましたが29日にはゼロになるも30日に6例、31日（3例）、11月1日（3例）、2日（5例）、3日（2例）、4日（8例）、5日（6例）、6日～12日は0に！ 新疆第三波は小規模とはいえ新規患者が連日発生中。 香港は18例もの増！！ 台湾は4例増）うち海外からの輸入患者14例（上海4例、四川4例、陝西2例、天津1例、内蒙古1例、福建1例、広東1例）、 国内1例（天津1例）； 死亡者0例； 疑似症例1例＝海外からの輸入1例（上海1例）＝国内0例が増えたと報告。
（北京市のクラスター、河北省でのコロナ発生、新疆での大規模発生は全て、完全に制御下にあります。現在発見されている確診症例・疑似症例は基本的に全て『輸入症例』ですが、新疆自治区での第三波が小規模ながら発生中。上海については、毎日のように輸入症例が見つかっていますが、10月09日に本土症例1例が上海で見つかり、10日にも阜陽市で1例、11日には天津でも見つかりました。上海と阜陽市の患者は、いずれも上海浦東空港で働いていたとの報道は既にアップ済み）。
当日、新たに増えた治癒退院患者は24例、当日医学観察を解除された濃厚接触者829例、重症症例増減は －3例（減少）。

<<湖北省における情況>>：
5月1日分から湖北省に関する情報は患者が出ない限り国家衛健委からは発表されなくなりました。7月1日分から湖北省では患者そのものが『ゼロ』になっていましたが、2020年8月1日、久しぶりに武漢市で輸入症例とは言え突然患者3例が出現するものの2日はゼロに。11月1日にジャカルタからの輸入症例4例が退院した直後の2日にはまたニューデリーからの輸入症例4人が増えましたが、7日にもジャカルタからの輸入症例4例（無症状感染者2例）が、更に9日には外省からの輸入無症状感染者1例が増えたが、11日にはミンスクからフフホト入りし隔離検査期間満了後に湖北入りした1例が無症状感染者として発見されています。

2020年11月11日 0時～24時までに、 湖北省で新たに増えた無症状感染者は1例（CA722便でベラルーシのミンスク州から内蒙古フフホトに入り、隔離期間満了後に湖北省に戻っていた人だが、既に定点医療機構に送られ治療を受けている）、
確診に転じたもの0例、隔離解除0例、今なお医学観察を受けている無症状感染者は25例（全て海外からの輸入： 22例はニューデリーから武漢へのAI1314便搭乗者だが、うちIgG陽性者は6例で、既感染者であったと考えられる； 2例はニューデリーから武漢へのSJ3124便搭乗者、1例はミンスクらフフホトへのCA722便搭乗者）、今なお医学観察を受けている濃厚接触者は402例（251例はニューデリーから武漢へのAI1314便の確診症例と無症状感染者の濃厚接触者；98例はニューデリーから武漢へのSJ3124便搭乗者の確診症例と無症状感染者の濃厚接触者；51例はCA722便でベラルーシのミンスク州から内蒙古フフホト入り、隔離期間満了後に湖北省に戻っていた無症状感染者の濃厚接触者；2例は省外の無症状感染者の濃厚接触者）となっている。
