9月28日、農業農村部新聞弁公室は、吉林省松原市長嶺県でアフリカ豚コレラ （宮本注： 以下 『ASF』 ）が発生したと発表した。
9月28日、農業農村部は、中国動物疾病予防管理センターから、中国動物衛生疫学センター（国家外来動物疾病研究センター）が吉林省松原市長嶺県にある養豚家でAFSが発生したことを確定診断したの報告を受け取った。 当該養豚家にいたブタ44頭のうち8頭が発症、3頭が病死していた。

On September 28, 2018, the Information Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs announced that African Swine Fever epidemic occurred in Changling County of Songyuan City, Jilin Province.
On September 28, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs received a report from the China Animal Disease Prevention and Control Center. The China Center for Animal Health and Epidemiology (National Institute of Animal Diseases Research) diagnosed that an African swine fever epidemic occurred at a farmer in Changling County of Songyuan City, Jilin Province. The farmer has 44 live pigs of which 8 pigs got sick and 3 died.
On September 20, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs received a report from the China Animal Disease Prevention and Control Center. The Chinese Animal Health and Epidemiology Center (National Center for Animal Diseases and Diseases) confirmed that the unidentified death of the above-mentioned pigs was caused by African swine fever.

农业农村部新闻办公室9月28日发布，吉林省松原市长岭县发生一起生猪非洲猪瘟疫情。
9月28日，农业农村部接到中国动物疫病预防控制中心报告，经中国动物卫生与流行病学中心（国家外来动物疫病研究中心）确诊吉林省松原市长岭县一养殖户发生非洲猪瘟疫情。该养殖户存栏生猪44头，发病8头，死亡3头。
疫情发生后，农业农村部立即派出督导组赴当地。当地已按照要求启动应急响应机制，采取封锁、扑杀、无害化处理、消毒等处置措施，对全部病死和扑杀猪进行无害化处理。同时，禁止所有生猪及易感动物和产品运入或流出
