06月14日、 農業農村部は、 貴州省農業農村庁から、 貴州省貴陽市烏当区の嘉旺屠殺場（宮本注： 『嘉旺屠殺場』という駅があります！グーグルマップでご覧ください）におけるアフリカ豚コレラ （以下 『ASF』）感染地区について 評価検収基準に合格した為、当該地区の封鎖を解除したとの報告を受け取った（1か月遅れの発表になった雲南省シャングリラ市の件もそうですが、こちらも2週間後に発表しています）。
貴陽市烏当区の嘉旺屠殺場での ASF発生後、 現地は、 ASF緊急対応プランとASF予防管理技術規範の要求に従い、封鎖や殺処分、消毒、無害化処理などの対応措置を講じてきた。 感染地区内では、ブタの殺処分完了後 連続6週間にわたるモニタリング調査をしてきたが、 域内からの新たなASF発症例や 陽性サンプルは見つからなかった。

On June 14, 2019, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs received a report from the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Guizhou Province mentioning that the affected area of African Swine occurred at Jiawang Slaughter house located at Wudang District of Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, was released from the blockade after passing the assessment and acceptance.
After the occurrence of the African swine fever outbreak at Jiawang Slaughter house located at Wudang District of Guiyang City, the local authorities adopted measures such as blockade, culling, disinfection and detoxifying treatment in accordance with the Emergency Plan for African Swine Fever Situation and Technical Specifications for Prevention and Control of African Swine Fever. After the completion of the culling of the pigs in the epidemic area, through six (6) weeks of continuous monitoring and investigation, there were neither new cases found nor positive monitoring results.
The Department of Prevention and Control of Major Animal Diseases Emergency Command Office of Guiyang City organized expert teams to conduct on-site assessment and laboratory inspection of the epidemic area. The results of acceptance tests and inspection complied with the relevant regulations on the lifting of the blockade in the epidemic area. 农业农村部6月14日接到贵州省农业农村厅报告，经评估验收合格，贵州省贵阳市乌当区嘉旺屠宰场非洲猪瘟疫区解除封锁。
贵阳市乌当区嘉旺屠宰场非洲猪瘟疫情发生后，当地按照非洲猪瘟疫情应急预案和非洲猪瘟防治技术规范要求，采取了封锁、扑杀、消毒、无害化处理等疫情处置措施。疫区内应扑杀生猪扑杀完成后，经6周连续监测排查，疫区内未发现新的病例和监测阳性。
贵阳市重大动物疫病防制指挥部组织专家对疫区进行现场评估验收，验收结果符合关于疫区解除封锁的有关规
