台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、本日9月29日、「新たに増えたCOVID-19確診症例は44,880例（うち本土症例44,665例、輸入症例215例）；更に、確診症例中、53例の死亡者が出た」と発表。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに増えた国内症例44,665例は、5歳未満から90代の男性20,412例、女性24,234例、性別調査中19例だ。患者分布は、新台北市（9,170例）、台中市（5,879例）、台北市（4,961例）、桃園市（4,832例）、高雄市（4,060例）、台南市（2,931例）、彰化県（2,316例）、新竹県（1,179例）、屏東県（1,130例）、新竹市（1,108例）、苗栗県（1,073例）、雲林県（1,006例）、宜蘭県（977例）、南投県（849例）、基隆市（823例）、嘉義県（702例）、花蓮県（598例）、嘉義市（513例）、台東県（296例）、金門県（136例）、澎湖県（15例）、連江県（11例）となる」としている。
指揮センターは、「本日新たに増えた死亡例53例は本土症例で、10代から90代の男性28人、女性25人となる。全員が重症患者であり、47例が慢性疾患を有していた。31例は三回のワクチン未完了（58％）

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today (Sep 29) that there were 44,880 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 in China, including 44,665 local and 215 imported cases; further, there were 53 deaths.
The command center stated that the new 44665 local cases today are 20412 males and 24234 females, (19 are under investigation of gender), aged between under 5 years old and over 90s; The distribution of cases is New Taipei City (9170 cases), Taichung City (5879 cases), Taipei City (4961 cases), Taoyuan City (4832 cases), Kaohsiung City (4060 cases), Tainan City (2931 cases), Changhua County (2316 cases), Hsinchu County (1179 cases), Pingtung County (1130 cases), Hsinchu City (1108 cases), Miaoli County (1073 cases), Yunlin County (1006 cases), Yilan County (977 cases), Nantou County (849 cases), Keelung City (823 cases), Chiayi County (702 cases), Hualien County (598 cases), Chiayi City (513 cases), Taitung County (296 cases), Jinmen County (136 cases), Penghu County (115 cases), Lianjiang County (11 cases).
