台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、「6月25日、新たにCOVID-19確診症例が76例増えたが、それぞれ、本土症例76例、輸入症例0例となった； うち34例は在宅隔離/隔離期間中或いは隔離期間満了検査で陽性となった人である（宮本注 つまり、2週間或いは3週間の隔離期間中或いは隔離終了後の検査で陽性化しているという情報を台湾政府が改めて公開しています）。 更に、確診症例中、新たに6例が死亡した」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに国内症例76例が増えたが、5歳未満から80代までの男性39人、女性37人であり、2021年5月18日～6月24日の間に発症していた。 患者分布は、新北市が32例と最多で、次いで台北市の20例、桃園市10例、新竹県4例、苗栗県3例、彰化県及び高雄市各2例、宜蘭県、基隆市及び台中市各1例となっている。 そのうち、台北市と新台北市の両地区以外の県・市の24例中、13例の感染源は既に判明、2例が関連不明、9例が疫学調査中となっているが、関連調査は今なお進められている」と発表した。

指揮センターは、「最近隔離を解除された確診症例については、5月11日～ 6月23日迄に発表された13,061例中、既に9,650人が隔離を解除されており、確診患者総数の73.9％が隔離解除されたことになる」と指摘する。
指揮センターは、これまでに新型コロナウィルス肺炎に関する通報は、国内累計で1,213,717例（排除された1,197,732例を含む）となった。 そのうち確診症例数は14,465例であり、夫々輸入症例1,167例、本土症例 13,245例、敦睦艦隊36例、航空機感染2例及び不明1例、調査中14例となっている； この他、新たに0例が患者リストから削除され累計102例が欠番となっている。2020年からCOVID-19により累計

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced on Jun. 25 that there were 76 newly confirmed local cases of COVID-19 in Taiwan consisting of 76 local cases and no (0) imported cases from abroad; among them, 73 cases were those who tested positive during home quarantine/isolation or after the expiry date of isolation. There were 5 new deaths among the confirmed cases.
The command center said, the newly added 76 local cases today are 39 males and 37 females, aged under 5 to in their 80s, with onset dates between May 18 and June 24, 2021. The distribution of cases is 32 cases in New Taipei City, followed by 20 cases in Taipei City, 10 cases in Taoyuan City, 4 cases in Hsinchu County, 3 cases in Miaoli County, 2 cases each in Changhua County and Kaohsiung City, 2 cases each in Yilan County, Keelung City and Taizhong City. Out of the 24 cases in counties and cities outside the Taipei and New Taipei area, 13 cases are known their sources of infection, 2 cases’ relation is unknown, 9 cases are under investigation. Related epidemic investigations are ongoing.
The command center described, the 5 new deaths reported today are, 3 males and 2 females, ranging in age from their 70s to 90s. The onset date is between May 16 and June 19, the date of diagnosis is between May 29 and June 20, the date of death is between June 21 and June 23; as for details, see the attachment.
The command center pointed out that as for the recently released diagnosed cases from isolation, 9,650 people have been released from quarantine, among 13,061 confirmed cases announced from May 11 to June 22. The number of people released from quarantine has reached 73.9% of the confirmed cases.

中央流行疫情指揮中心今(25)日公布國內新增76例COVID-19確定病例，均為本土個案；其中34例為居家隔離/檢疫期間或期滿檢驗陽性者。另，確診個案中新增5例死亡。
指揮中心表示，今日新增之76例本土病例，為39例男性、37例女性，年齡介於未滿5歲至80多歲，發病日介於今(2021)年5月18日至6月24日。個案分佈以新北市32例最多，其次為臺北市20例、桃園市10例、新竹縣4例、苗栗縣3例、彰化縣及高雄市各2例，宜蘭縣、基隆市及臺中市各1例。其中雙北地區以外縣市24例中，13例為已知感染源、2例關聯不明、9例疫調中；相關疫情調查持續進行中。

指揮中心指出，近期確診個案解隔離情形，5月11日至6月23日累計公布13,061位確診個案中，已有9,650人解除隔離，解隔離人數達確診人數73.9%。
