2021年01月11日0時～24時までに、黒竜江省では、新たな新型コロナウィルス肺炎確診症例1例（本ラウンドで綏化市望奎県の第一号無症状感染者が確診症例に転じたもの）が増えたが、既に 定点医療機構に送られて治療を受けている。
新たに増えた無症状感染者は36例だが、全て望奎県恵七鎮七村李景華屯村の村民。 確診症例の濃厚接触者とその第二次濃厚接触者に対するPCR検査をしている中で陽性反応が得られた。 専門家は無症状感染者と診断しており、全員が定点医療機構に転送されて医学観察を受けている。

新增无症状感染者36例，均是望奎县惠七镇惠七村李景华屯村民，在对确诊病例的密切接触者和密接的密接进行核酸筛查中，检测结果呈阳性。专家诊断为无症状感染者，均已转至定点医疗机构进行隔离医学观察。
