2020年12月10日0時～24時までに、黒竜江省牡丹江市東寧市と綏芬河市でそれぞれ新たに新型コロナウィルス肺炎の確診症例1例が新たに増えた（宮本注： この綏芬河市も東寧市も塔河県もロシアと国境を接している地区です）。
確診症例の状況：
患者１： 40歳男性。 広東省深圳市の某企業社員。 海関口岸の設備メンテナンスを請け負っており、8月から東寧市に出張していたが、その間ずっと東寧市の某ホテルに宿泊していた。 12月09日、東寧税関による積極的PCR検査の結果が陽性となり、12月10日に専門家が確定診断した。 現在、患者は既に定点医療機関に転送されて隔離治療を受けている。
患者２： 39歳男性。 綏芬河市の海外貿易区の荷役作業員で、綏芬河市青雲小区在住。 12月09日、綏芬河市人民医院に自ら赴きPCR検査を受けたところ陽性となり、12月10日に専門家が確定診断した。 患者は既に定点医療機構に転送されて隔離治療を受けている。
現在、関連部門は患者2名の濃厚接触者とその脳濃厚接触者を探しだし、集中隔離観察を実施している。 既に検査の結果は陰性を呈しているが、患者の活動していた場所全てには終末消毒がなされている。
今回の流行は、我々が常に予防意識を維持し、個人的な防護をしっかりせねばならないということを思い起こさせてくれる。 特に、海外からの輸入コールドチェーン食品や貨物の出所、製造経営プロセスの調査・管理をしっかり行わねばならず、輸入コールドチェーン食品を扱うスーパーマーケットは、認証を受けるために分類管理をし、食用に際しては、洗浄や加熱処理をする必要がある。 発熱や咳などの気道感染症の症状が現れた場合、速やかに現地の定点医療機関の発熱外来を受診せねばならない。 流行のモニタリ

Status of confirmed cases:
Case 1, male, 40 years old, employee of a company in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, responsible for equipment maintenance at the customs port. Since going to Dongning City in August to handle business, he has been living in a hotel in Dongning during his stay in Dongning. On December 9, Dongning Customs took the initiative to test the nucleic acid and the result was positive.
