2020年12月30日0時～24時までに、黒竜江省では、新たな新型コロナウィルス肺炎確診症例2例（黒河市愛輝区）が増えた。 新たな無症状感染者は1例（黒河市愛輝区）。 当日治癒退院した確診症例は1例（綏芬河市1例）だった。
新たに増えた確診症例１： 47歳無職女性。 黒河市愛輝区喇嘛台社区学府佳苑小区在住。確診されていた患者とは母娘の関係。確診症例と共同生活をしていた人にPCR検査を行った結果、陽性となり、専門家が確診症例と診断、現在すでに定点医療機構に転送されて隔離治療を受けている。
新たに増えた確診症例２： 17歳女子学生。 黒河市愛輝区西興街道南大街金融小区在住。同学年の学生へのPCR検査の結果、陽性となり、専門家が確診症例と診断、現在すでに定点医療機構に転送されて隔離治療を受けている。
無症状感染者： 18歳女子学生。黒河市愛輝区合作区安発小区在住。 同学年の学生へのPCR検査の結果、陽性となり、専門家が無症状感染者と診断、現在すでに定点医療機構に転送されて隔離観察を受けている。

From 0:00 to 24:00 on December 30, 2020, Heilongjiang Province added 2 new diagnosed cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia (Aihui District of Heihe City), 1 new cases of asymptomatic infection were added (Aihui District of Heihe City). One diagnosed case was cured and discharged on the same day (1 in Suifenhe City).
Newly confirmed case 1: 47-year-old female, unemployed, currently living in Xuefu Jiayuan Community, Lamatai Community, Aihui District, Heihe City, and the diagnosed case is a mother-daughter relationship.
