2014年2月4日、 南寧市は 横県で重症肺炎患者1名を報告した。
患者 (FT#300)は、
広西チワン族自治区 横県陶墟鎮人の黎 ＊＊さん 41歳 女性。
1月27日、 広東省中山市でインフルエンザ様症状が現れ、
1月28日、 横県に戻る。
2月03日、 病状が悪化したために 横県の某医院を受診。
2月04日13時15分、 自治区疾病予防管理センターの再検査を経て、 患者のサンプルから H7N9核酸陽性反応が出た。
自治区専門家は、 患者の疫学史や 臨床症状 及び 実験室での検査結果から、 患者をヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザと確診。

Occupation: Undescribed
Registered Domicile: Taowei ton of Heng county in Nanning city, Guangxi autonomous region
Date of Onset: February 2, 2014 influenza-like symptoms started in Zhongshan city, Guangdong province.
Date of Return Home: January 28 back to Heng county
Date of Diagnosis: February 2, 2014 diagnosed as H7N9 avian flu case
Date of Admission: February 3, 2014, due to exacerbations, admitted to a certain hospital in Heng county
Date of Review: February 4, 2014 (13:15) via the Regional CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention)’s review on the patient’s specimens were detected as positive for the H7N9 nucleic acid.

于1月27日 起 在广东省中山市 出现流感症状，
1月28日 回到横县，
2月3日 由于病情加重前往横县某医院治疗。
2月4日 13时15分，经自治区疾病预防控制中心检测复核，病人采样标本H7N9核酸阳性。
自治区专家组 根据患者流行病学史、 临床表现和实验室检测结果， 判定 为 1例人感染 H7N9 禽流感 输入性病例。
目前， 患者病情 危重， 自治区专家组 正在进行全力救治， 并已对密切接触者实施医学观察， 目前尚未发现
