中央流行疫情指揮センターは、本5月17日、台湾におけるCOVID-19感染に対応し、中央健康保険署は、本日より「検査で陰性とされた人」及び「疫学的調査により自主健康管理者」とされたものに対し、それぞれ健保医療情報クラウドクエリシステム上で『報告された症例は陰性であり（14日間の）自主的健康管理症例』、『疫学調査で（14日間の）自主健康観察患者とされたもの』と注記し次々とリストアップすると発表した。
指揮センターは、「医師が即座に識別できるように、14日間の『自主健康管理リマインダー』では、背景をライトイエローにし、大フォント表示する以外に左上隅に接触日時を表示することで、一目で読み取れるようにしている。14日間の自主健康観察期間が満了後、第15日目から30日目まではライトグリーン表示とし、『自主健康管理患者であった人が、（15日目から30日目までは延長表示するが）既に期間は満了している』と表示されることになる。注釈付きデータ用にシステムに入力されるデータの最初のバッチは次のとおり： 検査陰性と報告され14日間の自主健康管理となったもの142件、自主健康管理期間満了後第15日～30日まで延長とされたもの161件； 疫学調査で自主健康管理14日とされたもの178件、延長15日～30日のリマインダーと延長されたもの183件となっている」と指摘した。
指揮センターは、「TOCC（渡航歴、職業、接触歴、クラスター）プロンプトを通じ、医師が患者に感染リスクがあるか否かを迅速に識別し、 適切な診断或いはCOVID-19検査を提供、患者治療をしながら医学的防御が維持できるようになることを期待している」としている。 この他に、感染リスクがあり、TOCCプロンプトに記載されている人々は、感染予防対策に協力する必要があり、気分が優れない場合には、地元の保険機構に連絡する、或いは1922に電話をして治療に協力してほしい」としている。

中央流行疫情指揮中心今(17)日表示，因應國內本土COVID-19疫情，中央健康保險署自即日起，陸續將通報個案經檢驗陰性者及經疫調列為自主健康管理者，分別於健保醫療資訊雲端查詢系統註記為「通報個案經檢驗陰性—自主健康管理個案(14天内)」、「經疫調列為自主健康管理個案(14天内)」。
指揮中心指出，為協助醫師快速辨識，14天自主健康管理提示，以明亮的淺黃為底色，除加大提示文字外，並於左上角標示接觸日期，以便閱覽及區辨。14天自主健康管理期滿後，自第15天起至第30天止，則以淺綠底色提示畫面顯示「曾為自主健康管理個案，但已期滿(延長提示第15至第30天)」。此次首批匯入系統註記的資料筆數分別為：通報個案經檢驗為陰性需自主健康管理14天者142筆、自主健康管理期滿延長提示第15至第30天者161筆；經疫調列入自主健康管理14天者178筆、延長提示第15至第30天者183筆。
指揮中心表示，期望透過TOCC提示，能協助醫師快速辨識就診病患是否可能有感染風險，並提供合適的診斷或進行COVID-19檢測，以照護病患並守住醫療防線。另外也提醒可能具有感染風險並列入TOCC提示的民眾，應配合防疫措施，身體若有不適，請聯絡當地衛生機關或撥打1922協助相關就醫事項。
