台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、本日10月07日、「新たに増えたCOVID-19確診症例は50,779例（うち本土症例50,710例、輸入症例69例）；更に、確診症例中、52例の死亡者が出た」と発表。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに増えた国内症例50,710例は、5歳未満から90代の男性23,089例、女性27,601例、性別調査中20例だ。患者分布は、新台北市（10,378例）、台中市（6,248例）、桃園市（5,603例）、台北市（5,395例）、高雄市（4,970例）、台南市（3,535例）、彰化県（2,780例）、屏東県（1,367例）、新竹県（1,326例）、苗栗県（1,322例）、宜蘭県（1,207例）、雲林県（1,141例）、新竹市（1,024例）、嘉義県（823例）、基隆市（818例）、南投県（782例）、花蓮県（698例）、嘉義市（534例）、台東県（411例）、澎湖県（167例）、金門県（158例）、連江県（23例）となる」としている。
指揮センターは、「本日新たに増えた死亡例52例は本土症例で、40代から90代の男性30人、女性22人となる。全員が重症患者であり、51例が慢性疾患を有しており、36例は三回のワクチン未完了（69％）

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today (Oct. 07) that there were 50,779 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 in China, including 50,710 local and 69 imported cases; further, there were 52 deaths.
The command center stated that the new 50710 local cases today are 23089 males and 27601 females, (20 are under investigation of gender), aged between under 5 years old and over 90s; The distribution of cases is New Taipei City (10378 cases), Taichung City (6248 cases), Taoyuan City (5603 cases), Taipei City (5395 cases), Kaohsiung City (4970 cases), Tainan City (3535 cases), Changhua County (2780 cases), Pingtung County (1367 cases), Hsinchu County (1326 cases), Miaoli County (1322 cases), Yilan County (1207 cases), Yunlin County (1141 cases), Hsinchu City (1024 cases), Chiayi County (823 cases), Keelung City (818 cases), Nantou County (782 cases), Hualien County (698 cases), Chiayi City (534 cases), Taitung County (411 cases), Penghu County (167 cases), Jinmen County (158 cases), Lianjiang County (23 cases).
